I am unable to create derivatives of these files, no matter how many times I tried. Is the server still down? If not, can someone manually go ahead and create derivatives of these files for me? Thanks!

1. doing the same thing that fails over and over will not help.
2. you have a rules.conf file in the item. that prevents deriving. if you want derived formats you need to removed it.

You should have gotten an email from iasupport@archive.org saying this:

"Your item is missing a .txt file that describes the setlist."

A .txt file is required for all items in the LMA. Please upload one (listing the band, date, venue/city/state and setlist), post here when that's done, and we'll take it from there.
